Labor continues to be the primary challenge for many farm businesses. The Ag Labor Roadshow aims to tackle those challenges head-on with these topics:
- Experienced attorneys to address: managing in a union environment, complying with equal employment laws, and managing regulatory audits
- Staying in compliance with employee policies
- I-9 compliance
- Overtime: compliance, payroll systems, and employer reimbursements
- Farm Safety and OSHA compliance
- Workforce development
