When registering, please be sure to choose the correct cost option depending on your membership status with Eastern NY Commercial Horticulture and whether you will be attending one day or two.  

Registration Rates:  Pre-registration Extended to February 16, 2024 and is strongly encouraged and a great value.

CCE ENYCHP Member:  Single day: $90          Two days: $150

Non ENYCHP Member:  Single day: $130        Two days: $190

Additional Registrations from the same farm will save $10 per registration.

Walk-In Rates: (After February 14th including day of programs):

Single day: $140                Two days: $230

All registrants receive a delicious hot lunch buffet, beverages and dessert!

Lodging:  Group Rate of $149.00/night per room at The Desmond Hotel and Conference Center

Hotel Reservations:  Individual guests may call the Crowne Plaza Desmond Hotel directly to book rooms at the discounted rate using the local number provided below.  Reservations must be received no later than February 12, 2024, to get the discounted rate.  When requesting a room, guests may refer to the Group Code: FRU.  Call 518-869-8100 directly to make your reservation.

This event is in-person but the speakers in the morning session will present virtually. The cost to attend this event is $60 per person. $10 discount for members of New York State Flower Industries. A discount of 50% will be given to additional attendees from the same greenhouse/farm.
