Join us in Chazy on March 27th for some pest management updates, and to receive some additional pesticide recertification credits for your farm's certified applicators! We will be offering 2.25 DEC recertification credits in categories 22, 10, and 1A.
IPM topics we will be discussing include:
- Powdery mildew management with Dr. Anna Wallis, NYSIPM
- The genetics of apple scab to breed scab resistant apple cultivars with Dr. Awais Khan, Cornell University
- Woolly apple aphid biology and management updates with Dr. Monique Rivera, Cornell University
- Getting the most out of your orchard herbicide applications with Mike Basedow, Cornell Extension ENYCHP
11:30am - 12:30pm Lunch (optional, free, sponsored by Valent)
