Eastern New York Commercial HorticultureNow that we are able to host field meetings again, we invite you to the Champlain Valley to view some of our current field trials, listen to talks and discuss your management concerns with many of the scientists from Cornell AgriTech, and to reconnect in person with other growers from around Eastern New York. DEC credits are available in categories 1A, 10, and 22.
There is no fee to attend, however pre-registration by August 16th is required so that we can have a headcount of who is coming.

Monday April 15, 2-4PM
Join us for a live, virtual training on scouting of major insect pests of apple orchards. Anna Wallis (NYSIPM Program), Mike Basedow (CCE ENYCHP), and Janet van Zoeren (CCE LOFT), will broadcast from orchards in their region to discuss best practices for monitoring. We will review monitoring/scouting procedures for major economically significant pests. We will also share resources available for helping with identification of pests and forecasting pest activity.
